Silvino de Guzman is a Management Consultant with extensive experience in the fields of organization review and design, manpower planning and review, supply chain management, productivity improvement, cost reduction, gain sharing programs, incentive systems, performance management, job evaluation, energy management, ISO 9001, and production planning. His experience includes manufacturing, airline, mining, semiconductor, banking, housing, hotels and resorts, and government institutions.  He previously managed Mescron Consulting and provided support to the Business Advisory Services practice of SGV & Co. while acting as consultant to various clients. His projects brought him to Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Vietnam and the United States.
