PROGRAM TITLE: Competence Area B: Conducting Facilitative Meetings – Lesson 2

 

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:  This course provides an in-depth understanding of the meeting itself and looks at various tools and techniques that can be employed to make meetings more productive and successful 

 

PROGRAM OBJECTIVES/LEARNING OUTCOMES: Discuss the five steps in an effectively structured facilitative meeting, look into the considerations for choosing the tools to use in structuring a facilitative meeting, provide in depth study of the tools and techniques for each step in an effectively structured facilitative meeting.
